That post was more just general banter and teasing. On this forum, that kind of post's not really regarded as spam because everyone generally knows each other and this is the way we all get on here. There's a bit of flexibility on this forum (there have even been one or two occasions where the topic's gone off on a tangent!), but believe me, the mods know when a post/thread is going too far off-topic (and is proper spam), and when it does, they'll step in and handle it accordingly. If you get yourself used the atmosphere here you'll quickly pick up on the differentiation between the two, but it is a bit subtle at first! Smile

As far as The Fray are concerned, you've probably figured out by now that it is a truth universally acknowledged Chris isn't a huge fan of them, which is why I never mentioned the fact that I do own the album and quite like a good few of the songs (but shhh)! They're not my favourite band, of course, but I enjoy their music when I'm in the right mood for it!

Oh, and hello from County Down! Wink

Godddddd, I go away for an evening of culture, listening to a bit of Bizet, and I come back to this! Stick out tongue

Andrew, don't worry about some (note Bart, I say some) of namenotrequired's posts, he does like to post a superfluous message or two!  We do tend to be a bit more relaxed here than other forums, but there are boundaries, albeit fairly far out..

One thing that is set in stone though, is my dislike for the boys from Denver.. I actually quite liked them until  saw them live. 3 times in a row..  think that may have been the killer..

Anyhooo.... thanks for stepping in my good man.. Smile

To quote, click the reply button on the post you want to quote, and then hit the quote button in the text box above.. You can, if you wish, just highlight the text you want to quote before hitting the quote button.. That'll remove any superfluous text! Smile
