    The David Tennant Appreciation Thread

For all us David fans on here (so we don't continue clogging up the "What made you smile today thread?" =P)

To get things started, hows about I post a few pics eh? ^_^  Did anybody see him in Doctor Who yesterday?  Brilliant episode =D

It was a very good episode on Saturday. I wasn't expecting too much from it, but it's definitely one of the best episodes this series. It was more psychologically scary than, "Oh look: big nasty alien wants to take over the world. RUN!" scary, which made a nice change!

I now feel obliged to add to the pretty, so I've dug up everything I have on my computer of David Tennant!

These were photographs I took (I lacked a scanner) of the Doctor Who magazine for the Children in Need special. Admittedly, Peter Davison is my favourite Doctor, but #10 isn't far behind!

And an icon that makes me laugh every time:

Teehee I have that icon, always makes me laugh.

And yeah, Peter Davidson is really good.  Ten is my favourite, then Nine then Pter Davidson (Five I believe).  Haven't seen many of the old series' but from what I've heard they're excellent =)

      =P

I think he is great too.  I saw him in Blackpool and Casanova too before he became Dr Who.  Rumours are that he will be in Hollywood next.

It's great isn't it, found it on livejournal =)

Hopefully he'll get to Hollywood Offy, he was great as Barty Crouch in Harry Potter GoF.  And unfortunately I missed him in Blackpool and Casanova, might have to look them up on YouTube as somebody's probably put them on there =P

Hiya all, glad to be on board and how could i not!!!!

Love this man............................................no icons but an appreciation all the same,

The pics and icons are fab and def worth just popping on here to look at them. Geeked. I loved last Saturday's episode of Dr Who, to be honest i'm hard pushed to find anything he has done that i did not like. I could stare at him all day and i don't know if anyone else feels the same way but i think David and Dan have the same look about them. You know that sharp chiseled features look........yummy! Definately my type of guy. ha ha ha

    K xx

And every time I can't say what I really wanna say you know,
Yes every time just a trace of that look on my face and you know.

Has anyone else seen 'Recovery'? It was on a few Christmases ago on BBC One. David played the lead, Alan, a man who suffered severe amnesia as a result of a coma and required full-time care from his wife (Sarah Parish).

It's an amazing piece of drama and brilliant acting ability, and for anyone who hasn't seen it, the entire programme is on Youtube. A Masterpiece.

    Big Smile

I've not seen that.  He worked with Sarah Parish on Blackpool, so I guess it was a good working partnership.
