The Sheffield Telegraph clearly do not want us to know about this gig - it's that secret!!!!  But they are advertising this secret intimate gig by the guys at The Winter Gardens on Tuesday, thought those north of Watford would like a crack at it!  I tried to copy the text but it came out gobbledygook (much the same as my usual posts then)  I also tried to post the link which didn't work.  I'll try again but if it doesn't work just type The Feeling Winter Garden Sheffield into your search engine.  Btw Becky tried too, not just me - honest!!

 Thanks Aimee and Bart.  It was really weird coz I deleted on my own post all the computer symbols and gumph, as an edit, just leaving my couple of lines and posted and it was all still there on the screen - the only thing I could think of was to delete all the text!!  All sorted now though, thank you.

And *that's* the challenge with these gigs.  Can't believe I've managed to make four this year already, and could have been to more if it hadn't have been for domestic circumstances (!).  Mind you, it's another benefit of being down here, that there are so many friendly fans who are prepared to offer up their +1s - and who are eternally appreciated by their happy beneficiaries... 

 It's all a big game with these ones!!  A mad lottery for tickets usually followed up with some frantic phonecalls, texts, etc.. All the fun of the fair, as they say!

The worst thing is when the breakfast show is on air in the morning..........I'll be driving from Hull to Manchester!!!!  Grrrrr.  But bless my sweet hubby  -  he's changed his plans to go fishing early tomorrow so he can be at home and listen to the radio for me and try and get me tix!!!  He's a good lad!!

 

Well if anyone is lucky enough to end up with a spare and would like to donate it in my direction..............I'm more than happy to pay / donate to chosen charity / whatever.

Feel The Feeling!

Did anyone from here win tickets for this Sheffield gig?

OMG - this show was great!  Didn't win tickets but massive thanks to a very nice friend I was able to be there.

It was obvious that the crowd wasn't a TF crowd but there were a few of us dotted around who were bouncing around and really going for it.

Can't remember everything they played, but did Sewn, Join With Us, Never Be Lonely, Walk Like an Egyptian (that was great to hear), I Love It When You Call, and Video Killed the Radio Star to name but a few.

Dan was talking when he was on stage and asking a few peeps at the front where they were from - some were Huddersfield and Leeds.  He'd already recognised me and smiled a couple of times and he looked right at me and said "is anyone here from Hull............or should I say 'Ull" Of course I screamed! He then said "I met you at Bon Jovi - how are you doing?"  I said "fine thanks - you?" - a proper little conversation in the middle of the gig. He then turned to everyone and said "I stole her from Bon Jovi" 

OMFG - amazing.  Then they wer ein the hotel for a while afterwards - not staying coz they had to get back to London but I went over to say hello and thank Dan for my photo from London and he gave me a kiss and we were chatting for a few minutes.

They they left - and I went out and drank copious amounts of champagne and am feeling a little worse for wear this morning - having had to drive back from Sheffield to Hull at 7.00 a.m.

Thanks boys for an amazing night.  Roll on Oct/Nov.

Please forgive me for being thick! but, Was this not a Feeling gig?? Have i missed something?

Becca i'm glad u managed to be there, however that came to be. Driving back from Sheffield at 7 this morning after "copious amounts of champagne" .
