Where and when was this released? Looks like i have missed this track

It was the bonus track for ordering 'Join With Us' on iTunes I think.

Correctamundo Wasn't it something like if you pre-ordered the album on iTunes you got that track thrown in for free?

This song is available to buy, on it's own, from iTunes Germany.  So, if you don't have it, all you need to do is find someone in Germany with an iTunes account to buy it for you and they then e-mail it to you.  Easy

I now finally have the track as a result of this set up via a friend from one of the Feeder boards.

Ahh excellent find Pete well done!! I know that will be good news for a lot of people, as it's been mentioned before not everyone has heard or owns You've Got Big Eyes.
