    Scouting For Girls

I enjoy being predictable, and I doubt that anyone would have bet against me starting this thread, so here it be.

And I can't put in links yet cause I hate this stupid board, but incase you have no idea who they are and wish to check them out, they be here:

    www.myspace.com/scoutingforgirls

    AND

    www.scoutingforgirls.co.uk

Their album is out now and can be bought from all good record shops and is #12 in the chart. And their single "She's So Lovely" is at #7.

Their new single "Elvis Aint Dead" is out on the 17th December and you can pre-order it from here, when you buy a ticket to one of the up coming gigs:

     http://scoutingforgirls.trinitystreetdirect.com/litetickets/ticketselection.asp

And their loverly so you should go and see them(and collar them for a chat) if you ever get the chance.Big Smile Still smiling about Sunday.

No nothing like that....although becoming a sixer would be quite fun although their hard-core fans scare me too much. And nothing like Midge was thinking from her tone! What do you take me for, woman?!Stick out tongue

It was just an unexpected really nice night. Put me in a good mood for the rest of this week, I think I may do more gigging on a Sunday...it seems they are not as busy and just much cooler.

Yay and I bet you it'll put you in a great mood for the whole week afterward. I'm quite looking forward to it now although it is 2 months away and I wont get to see them for those 2 months in between which is slightly depressing. The mood of this post has rapidly gone down hill so, I end on: Brighton YAY Big Smile and....something that made me almost cry laughing:

    EDIT:

Question: just for future reference how *do* you quote?Confused

You have to hit reply on the specific post you want to quote from, then in the blue bit that's the original post is a 'quote' button. Hit that whenever you want the quote to appear in your post.

Is that clear? I suspect it might not be!Geeked

Got it, but now I was wondering if you could teach me to use the right words? Ha I meant to ask how to link and I put quote, my mind is strange. Anyway a little help on the link-age front would be good cause it's grayed out and I can't click it.

    Re: Scouting For Girls

that's weird because when I've posted a link it's automatically posted it as a link. If it doesn't do it automatically, perhaps you highlight the link and click the chainy looking icon next to numbered bullet points....9th from the left.

Awww thanks NINA!Big Smile Would have completely missed that if you hadn't have pointed that out, with being at school and all. I didn't even know Mills had replaced Moyles for the week!

Rather funny as it involves: Scott, a blindfold, rock hair, some quick re-writing, the bra song and Pete's love eggs....make of this what you will.

About 1h35 in to the show.Wink
