'Join With Us' European release date

A bunch of you have asked when 'Join With Us' will be released in the rest of Europe, so we asked the label. The answer, we're told, is Thursday 24th April 2008. What better way to celebrate Barbra Streisand's 66th birthday?

Nope, having reached my celebrity age last year, from this birthday, and every birthday to come for the rest of time, I shall be turning 30!!

So, after various attempts to research, I can now tell anyone in Germany who doesn't know the German release date yet - if there is anybody- ...

It's - probably - not the 24th April, not the 25th April, not the 9th May (all dates I've read)...

It's the 16th May!!!

 Here in Germany JWU will be released tomorrow. Hopefully it will sell really good!
 

Does anybody know if Germany/Europe will also release some singles off the album?

Who knows, maybe they could include "You've got big eyes" as a B-side of an European single...

I sent an email to one of the biggest retailers in Germany about whether ITIWO would be available as a single and they said "this single does not exist". I don't know if there is an update on this topic but I think it's a bit stupid to release an album without any singles. We'll see I guess.

Was the album finally released in Europe? Is the artwork any different from the UK one?

I don't know. it's confusing!

I've ordered it in the local cd-shop and they said it would take some weeks because it had to be imported... so it's not released here yet I think! Weird!
