    Thanks,

I can finally announce, I am officiailly sad, I'm looking at TSAH positions and finding myself wondering how they relate to tours/festivals and single releases Confused

As Chris mentioned in another thread, it'll be interesting to see if there is a sales "spike" this week with JWU now the tour has started. I expect so after the lovely comments flying about in Cyberland Big Smile

I can further announce that I am officially sadder. Being the lifeless git I am (and mainly to avoid writing a report) I thought I'd put your wondering into action.

    Ta-dah!

You can really see the impact Concert for Diana had in week 56. Sorry if it's a bit too complicated. I'm not very good at getting things acroos clearly Stick out tongue

But how many people seeing them on this tour haven't yet bought JWU, I wonder?  Given that it's reasonably small venue sizes, I'm guessing that a lot of the punters will already have bought.

I also wonder if I'm really keen for them to become a super-band, as I really don't want to find myself having to go see them at the O2 or some other similar size aircraft hanger, paying £50 per ticket.  I know they need financial success, but I'll rue the day when they decide they can't do gigs like SBE any more (though I'm surprised they're playing there this time)

Thanks so much Phizpop, it's really interesting!

That's what I'm thinking too. But in general, why would you go to concert if you don't have the CD yet? You need to be informed what it's gonna be like and it's stupid if you don't at least know the lyrics by heart. I think.

I can see what you are both saying Smile I would agree that the majority who attend this tour are likely to have bought the album already but I still think there will be a fair few that haven't got round to it yet Smile

Although, woouldn't you also assume that most people who attended the Forest Gigs last year must have had the TSAH album already? But from the looks of the graph above *pulls out her stick and hits the sales spike" Stick out tongueBig Smile, it looks like there were a fair few that didn't and went stright out afterwards and bought it.

I guess we'll see what happens on Sunday Big Smile

Hmmmm... interesting.  I never knew I had an inner businessman until today Wink

It's amazing how much difference it makes when they perform.  The public is obviously very persuadeable Smile

Weeeell, I'd be more amazed if it went down significantly after the performances. Isn't gonna happen too soon though.

Not sure I want to highlight this really but will do. Number 27 this week, something don't seem right. No longer in the top 20. I smell a rat, possibly the  ebayer diddling them out of sales!
